Nut Butter Cream is one of my favorite toppings on yogurts, smoothie bowls, ice cream and even on puddings. It has a lovely creamy and delightful flavor that works well as a topping on so many snacks and goodies!

My Nut Butter Cream is great as a topping, but also can be used as an ingredient in cookies, muffins, brownies, cakes or even in Breakfast cookies? So simple to make with only 5 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes. I use this recipe for so many things, that's why it's one of my favorites and go to for adding a boost of flavor.
Nut Butter Cream
Total-time: 8 minutes

Ingredients
2 tbsp nut butter, I used creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp honey
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions
Heat in a microwavable bowl the first four ingredients for 30 seconds. Then, use a whisk to cream the mixture until the nut butter has fully blended with the ingredients and is creamy.
Next, add in the vanilla extract and whisk until blended. The mixture should be very creamy and smooth. If it's too runny, add more nut butter to thicken it up. It should be a somewhat thick but somewhat runny consistency.
Top on yogurt, ice cream, smoothie bowls, puddings, or any dessert of your choice!
