My Grandmother's Old Fashioned Ambrosia is so refreshing, especially after a meal. It can be paired with dinner, dessert, or as part of breakfast! I absolutely love this and have to make it every Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, it just wouldn't be the holiday season without it!

My Grandmother's Old Fashioned Ambrosia

Yields: 1 large bowl

Total-time: ~7 minutes

Best to leave it overnight and serve the next day, as this allows all the flavors to absorb and really come together!

Ingredients

  • 1 (20oz) can pineapple bits, drained

  • 1 (110z) can tangerines in light syrup, drained

  • 3-4 oz sour cream (full fat)

  • 1/2 bag white mini marshmallows

  • 2-3 oz sweetened shredded coconut

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Use a wooden spoon to stir until all the ingredients are well blended.

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.

  3. This can be brought out from the fridge an hour before or right before you plan to serve it.

  4. Enjoy!
